We affirm the Holy Bible as the inspired Word of God and the basis for our beliefs. The Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is God's revelation of himself to man. It is a perfect treasure of divine instruction. It has God for its Author, Salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter. Therefore, all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy. This church subscribes to the current doctrinal statement of the Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the Southern Baptist convention. We voluntarily band ourselves together as a body of the baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances are Believer's Baptism and the Lord's Supper.
