MEET THE PASTOR

Pastor Jay Loucks Jr

Pastor Jay came to Wayne City Baptist Church in September 2020. He has pastored churches in Arizona, West Virginia and Ohio before coming to Wayne City. He has been married to his wife, Joann since 1996. They met in Phoenix where Jay was working on staff at The Church on Fillmore as the Minister of Evangelism and Outreach. They have two adult children, Jay and Janna.

Pastor Jay has a Master of Theology and Doctor of Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary.

Pastor Jay has a desire to share the gospel with families in the Wayne City community and to see individuals and families to grow in their personal faith in Jesus Christ. He loves to engage people in the community, especially at local school sporting events.
